When you submit a product proposal through our contact form, we collect:

  • Company name and country
  • Contact person's name
  • Email address
  • Optional: WhatsApp / WeChat handle
  • Product category, MOQ, pricing, production capacity
  • Certifications and current export markets
  • Your message describing the product and goals

We process your data solely to evaluate your product proposal and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — evaluating potential B2B cooperation — and, where indicated, your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by ticking the consent checkbox in the form.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

4. Data Recipients

Form submissions are processed directly on our secure servers. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Data is used solely by authorized CELMAN staff to evaluate cooperation proposals.

5. International Data Transfers

All personal data submitted through our contact form is processed and stored exclusively within the European Union (EEA). No data is transferred to third countries outside the EEA.

CELMAN Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. itself processes and stores personal data exclusively within the European Union.

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies only — strictly necessary for the website to function correctly (e.g., remembering your language preference). We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under the ePrivacy Directive, but we inform you of their use as a matter of transparency.
